Company knowledge beside the person doing the work
A technician can ask QANRI how an assembly should be completed, what an approved procedure requires or what to check before escalating a fault. QANRI brings authorized company knowledge together with the current task and its history. Answers show their source context and support the work; accountable decisions remain with people.
A live operating picture for management
Managers can ask what is moving, what is delayed, which evidence is missing, what is waiting for review and who owns the next action. QANRI can organize the picture, surface risks and support coordination within granted permissions. Control and final decisions remain with the authorized manager.

Photos, video, notes, time and responsibility remain attached to the submission they support. File integrity is verified with server computed checksums, corrections never delete earlier submissions, and meaningful changes are written to an append only audit history. AI observations are labeled as AI derived and never replace the underlying evidence.

Connected work and time records help the company see labor use, rework, delay and project cost while there is still time to act. Calculations are performed server side from one source of truth; screens present the result.
TRUST BY DESIGN
Where your data lives
Every QANRI deployment is single tenant. Your company’s data is not pooled with anyone else’s: one company, one dedicated system, running on your own infrastructure or on dedicated infrastructure operated for your deployment.
Operational records are stored in the deployment’s own database. Photos, video and documents are kept in private storage, are never served publicly, and are accessed only through short lived signed links.
QANRI’s AI runs on private infrastructure dedicated to the deployment. By default, no company data is sent to public AI services, and outbound AI traffic is blocked at the platform level. AI answers cite their sources, are labeled as AI derived, and never replace the underlying record. If AI is switched off, the platform keeps working.
Access is controlled at the backend with deny by default authorization, approved device registration and multi factor authentication. History is preserved: corrections never overwrite the past, and every meaningful change is recorded in an append only audit trail.
