Scope

This notice describes how CoreX Robotics Services LLC handles information submitted through the QANRI website and how QANRI deployments are designed to handle operational information. Contractual terms agreed with a customer control where they differ from this public summary.

Information we collect

The public website may receive contact information and the operational context you choose to provide when requesting a walkthrough. A deployed QANRI system may process account details, assignments, work updates, notes, photos, video, documents, review history, device registration and authorized location context.

How information is used

Information is used to respond to requests, operate and secure the service, maintain the work history, provide authorized operational views and support QANRI features requested by the customer. We do not sell contact information.

Storage and access

Each QANRI deployment is single tenant. Operational records are stored in the deployment's own database. Media and documents are held in private storage and accessed through short lived signed links. Access is controlled by company, project, role and approved device boundaries.

AI and third parties

By default, company data is not sent to public AI services and outbound AI traffic is blocked at the platform level. AI generated observations are identified as such and do not replace the underlying record. Service providers necessary to operate infrastructure may process limited information under applicable agreements.

Location

QANRI uses location only within authorized work contexts: attendance check in and check out, defined site boundaries, and the context of specific field records. It is not designed as a continuous personal tracking system. Mobile permission notices describe the relevant collection at the point of use.

Retention and rights

Operational retention is set by the customer agreement and deployment configuration. Website inquiries are kept only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain business records and meet legal obligations. Requests concerning access, correction or deletion may be sent to sales@qanri.com.
